Sole Practitioner
I am a sole practitioner. Whether you are interacting with me by phone, email, or in person, you will only ever deal with me. I do not have an administrator or receptionist and I do not share offices with other mental health workers or professionals.
Hours of Work
My hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 6 pm. Generally the earliest appointment time is 8:30 am and the latest appointment time is 5 pm.
I am the only person who ever reads my emails. If this is your preferred means of communication I am comfortable receiving initial emails from you and answering any questions you might have about my services. I am generally not able to answer questions of a specifically clinical nature, about you or your children, without having already met you in person. My response time to your message will depend on my workload but will generally be within 24 hours.
Phone and Voicemail
I am the only person who answers my phone or listens to and responds to voice messages. Generally I am only available by phone between the hours of 8:30 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday. My response time to your message will depend on my workload but will generally be within 24 hours.
